Do n't know any better place than Hilton St. Louis Airport. We liked hotel's stuff and service. Spent a nice evening at Lombardo's Restaurant, located within short walking distance to the venue:)))
The rooms are brand new. It seems like has been renovated recently. They are used to doing c/in & c/out procedures quickly. Hilton hotels try not to provide any invoice for bookings amde through Booked.net which is not the case in any other reservations that I made so far.
There was a beeping sound from the fire alarm in the early morning. I called the reception to advise them and send somebody to check. They said they will but nobody showed up until I checked out. It seems lşike my other colleague had the same problem.
The room was Nice. The hotel itself was cleaN and appealing. The bed was comfortable.
you have to pay for parking but there arent enough spaces avail. They suggested breakfast, but neglected to mention that its $18. The food was great but had I know before I got my plate that it was 18 I would have choosen differently.
Good location, nice facility
Did not understand that there was a fee for parking until after we had reserved our room
The room was clean and spacious for the cost.
The hallway smelled like cigarettes and I wasn't informed about a $50 deposit to be added to the cost of room.
The hotel in general
Poor communication about parking and other hidden fees
Failed to provide requested wake up call which resulted in me missing my train to Chicago. Had to alter my vacation plans as a result. In my haste to leave and try to make up lost time, I left a sentimentally invaluable bracelet my daughter gave me several years ago.
The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. The beds were amazing and the hotel was clean and beautiful
I loved everything. May consider added a Jacuzzi to the pool area
The room was nice and staff very friendly
Wished there was a mini fridge and microwave available in the room
Staff was helpful and very especially second shift team.
Morning shift not as helpful and I felt like I was a bother.
We liked the comfortable bed
The doors were very heavy to close and open the bathroom very small Could of used a update in rooms and a little bit more cleanliness in bathroom by tub very scuffed up
The only even marginally redeeming quality was the bed. The buffet the was ok but expensive.
Where do I start? How about that we were right next to the bar and it was so loud we could hear them through the door. Or that the room was nothe cleaned, the bed was made, but that was it. The room had a very strange odor to it.There was barely any parking and we had to walk all the way through the hotel just to even get to the room, plus there wasn't enough luggage carts so we had to haul our stuff through the hotel
When we checked into the room the bathroom had not been cleaned or the garbage taken out. The toilet was covered with waste from the previous guest, dirty towels left behind and used bar of soap. The night housekeeper(the only one in duty..I apologize I didn't get her name) was awesome. She apologized up and down and cleaned the bathroom. We received 2 drink vouchers out of it. I think next time you should move the guest to a clean room instead of drink vouchers.
The bed was very comfortable and I was able to fully relax like I needed. Also, the young lady (Monay, I believe was her name) that checked me in was an absolute pleasure to work with...while giving me a complimentary upgrade for my room as a result of an issue with the one I reserved, allowed me to feel even more welcome and delighted to stay at the Hilton!! I will definitely be back to stay again!!
The room was spacious and comfortable, the gym was stocked with good equipment, the bar was lively and the food was great.
We received unclear information on the rules for parking at the hotel while we were out of town.
